Had my Soprano Titanium fixed by GoLaser, I was very impressed with the quick respond and adressing the issue straightway without messing about, not been taking the advantage of us needing an engineer urgently , been honest from the beginning which is really important for us as we're with no technical knowledge on part pricing.

We contacted GoLaser after our usual company we use had a long response time (5+ days) for an engineer to be sent out. Konrad arrived within a few hours and came to the rescue. He was able to assess the damage to our Alma handpiece on site. Took away to repair and had it ready in less than 24 hours meaning there was minimal disruption to our business. He is also coming back to service our device next week. Konrad attended my clinic and carried out a really thorough Soprano Ice laser servicing. Previously I have used original companies and paid over 3.5k a year for a servicing package, in which they come and only hoover the machine, spend 10 min and charge you extortionate fees. I am extremely grateful for finding Konrad on Google as I will be using him for all my machines needs from now on. The most trustworthy and professional, reliable service I have ever had.
I have my own business for nearly 10 years and I have dealt with a few engineers and I have had different experiences and not all of them good but GOLASER is truly amazing and I was really struggling when a laser machine company recommended them and I these guys saved me tons of money as I was told my machine is broken and it’s not repairable and it cost around 10k -12k, and could take a long time it was my main machine still quite new and I bought it around 3 years ago and it was a shock I was devastated.
I wasn’t insured for the parts.

He agreed to come and inspect the machine and he said there is a small chance he could fix it with a few hundred pounds and he ordered the part and managed to fix it,
None of the other engineers suspected the fault.
He also serviced my CANDELA ND YAD 1064, it’s even better that the first day I bought it.
Honestly I can write so much about how helpful GOLASER is but I can only tell you that I’m relieved that I know them because GOLASER don’t do it for money only they have passion, knowledge and a big heart to understand your situation too.
I would definitely recommend them , thank you GOLASER.

I would highly recommend GoLaser especially Konrad. He came very quickly with the solution to my IPL system, so I could restart working with my clients after my IPL system needed a repair. Also he helped me to outsource the right handpiece for my system and adjusted the settings so I could get even better results with the system.

I was introduced to Konrad through a mutual friend a few years ago whilst he was working elsewhere, so I was delighted to hear he had set up on his own.

I needed a service and repair on my Ellipse Ipl Machine so I got in touch with him a few days ago. He fitted me in very quickly (thank goodness) and everything from start to finish has been amazing.

His extensive knowledge within the Laser and Ipl field is mind blowing and that’s exactly what I got! He tweaked my machine so it’s now working better than ever along with taking one of my hand pieces away for a full refurb as he found a minor fault with it.
