Alma Soprano Handpiece Repair/Refurbishment

Rather than buying a brand-new Alma Soprano handpiece, repair your original one and make it as good as new again, saving you thousands. GoLaser provides full refurbishments of Alma Soprano handpieces using the same sources as the manufacturers. This process includes:

Diode stack replacement
Crystal block replacement, if necessary
Cooling peltier replacement, if necessary

Candela Slider Lens Cartridge Repair

We can fix standard 12-15-18 and large spot 20-22-24 slider cap lens cartridges.

Fault 15.1 “Delivery System Transmission Low” on your Candela GentleMax Pro machine could be caused by your slider attachment. We can replace all the lenses; your slider will be as good as the new one.

What’s involved in a laser handpiece repair?

4. Reassembly: After cleaning and inspection, the handpiece will be reassembled with any new or repaired parts.

5. Testing: Once reassembled, the handpiece will be tested to ensure that it is working properly and delivering the correct laser energy to the target area.

6. Calibration: The handpiece may need to be calibrated to ensure that it is delivering the correct level of energy and that the beam is properly focused.

7. Final Inspection: Before returning the handpiece to your clinic, it will undergo a final inspection to ensure that all repairs have been properly made and that it is functioning as expected.

We contacted GoLaser after our usual company we use had a long response time (5+ days) for an engineer to be sent out. Konrad arrived within a few hours and came to the rescue. He was able to assess the damage to our Alma handpiece on site. Took away to repair and had it ready in less than 24 hours meaning there was minimal disruption to our business. Konrad attended my clinic and carried out a really thorough Soprano Ice laser servicing. The most trustworthy and professional, reliable service I have ever had.I have my own business for nearly 10 years and I have dealt with a few engineers and I have had different experiences and not all of them good but GOLASER is truly amazing and I was really struggling when a laser machine company recommended them and I these guys saved me tons of money as I was told my machine is broken and it’s not repairable and it cost around 10k -12k, and could take a long time it was my main machine still quite new and I bought it around 3 years ago and it was a shock I was devastated.I wasn’t insured for the parts.He agreed to come and inspect the machine and he said there is a small chance he could fix it with a few hundred pounds and he ordered the part and managed to fix it,None of the other engineers suspected the fault.He also serviced my CANDELA ND YAD 1064, it’s even better that the first day I bought it.Honestly I can write so much about how helpful GOLASER is but I can only tell you that I’m relieved that I know them because GOLASER don’t do it for money only they have passion, knowledge and a big heart to understand your situation too.I would definitely recommend them , thank you GOLASER.

I was introduced to Konrad through a mutual friend a few years ago whilst he was working elsewhere, so I was delighted to hear he had set up on his own.I needed a service and repair on my Ellipse Ipl Machine so I got in touch with him a few days ago.
